FAQ for Log Info v3.00 Log Info

No More Guesswork - Just Search and Solve. Back to questions for Log Info

Question  How do you set the output to use an environment variable?

With Log Info you can set the output file path to use a system environment variable. For example, if you wanted to store the log file into the USER_HOME directory, you would set the output path to: %USER_HOME%\directory\

Log Info also supports using a pre-defined macro called %CURRENT_DIR% which will use the current directory that loginfo.exe is being ran from.
