Please recognize that this is Beta software and not a final, completed product. We do not recommend the use of Beta software in mission-critical production systems nor for production evaluation. We encourage testing this software off-line and in an additional environment whenever possible. We are eager to assure the highest level of quality for our final ship, so your feedback is of the utmost importance.

To evaluate the current shipping version Log Info v2.00, download the current demo version (not the Beta version, see below for downloading the Beta version).

The Beta has a full complement of exciting new features and enhancements. The following highlights are among the changes you will find in the Beta. Please focus on these changes when Beta testing the software.

- Updated the Processor, CPU Type, and Class option
- Corrected issues with the BIOS information not being detected on some computers
- Corrected issues where illegal exceptions could be thrown to the user/client
- Updated Installed Printers logic
- Updated the cookie logic to not write out the cookie until it ensures the application has audited the machine
- Updated the Cookie folder to support Network Drives
- Corrected MAC Address problem on some Windows95 machines
- Updated all save/open dialogs to support new Windows look and feel
- Updated splash screen
