CapsLock v1.00

CapsLock allows you to turn on or off your CAPS lock key on your keyboard. There is no user interface to this program, just execute it and it will perform the task. You can add this utility to your Windows Startup to ensure the CAPS lock key is on. Use the command line options to either turn the key on or off. Click here to download CapsLock v1.00 .

Command line options for CapsLock:

If you wish to turn off the CAPS lock, just pass "off" on the command line
capslock.exe off

You can also pass "on" to the command line to turn it on
capslock.exe on
