Added Change Wallpaper Now right-click option to the system tray icon. This will change to the next wallpaper.

Completely rewrote the user interface to be a program that runs from the Windows system tray.
Enhanced the logic to allow for JPG and JPEG files to be set as your background.
Rewrote the random logic, now the wallpaper is changed in a completely random order.

Added support for subdirecotries.
Added option for minutes and seconds.
Added Preview option within wallpaper setup.
